Primo italiano a diplomarsi presso il Berklee College of Music di Boston, è sassofonista, arrangiatore e direttore d'orchestra.

ATTIVITA' ARTISTICA E PROFESSIONALE
Ha suonato come solista con l'Orchestra Verdi di Milano e ha vinto il concorso come sax alto dell'Orchestra Ritmica della Rai di Milano negli anni '80.
ha suonato con Ray Charles e Stevie Wonder, scrivendo inoltre arrangiamenti per Mina, Ron e ha diretto le produzioni Polygram al Festival di Sanremo negli ultimi quattro anni. Con la propria formazione di fiati ha collaborato agli ultimi due tour di Franco Battiato.
In campo jazzistico ha suonato ai Festival di Umbria Jazz, Lugano, Montreal, Varsavia, Bergamo, Malta, Roma, Vicenza, alla Town Hall di New York ed ha inoltre suonato e scritto arrangiamenti per Barney Kessel, Phil Woods, Ronnie Cuber, Franco Ambrosetti. Ha suonato nell'ottetto di Franco Cerri - Enrico Intra assieme a Hugo HerediaPaolo Barbieri, Roger Rota, Marco Vaggi e Paolo Pellegatti. È direttore della Big Band Jazz Company dalla fondazione (1985), esibendosi con artisti quali Bob Mintzer, Bob Malach, Herb Pomeroy, Lee Konitz, Charlie Mariano, Randy Brecker. Inoltre cura gli arrangiamenti e dirige la Montecarlo Nights di Nick The Nightfly con il quale si esibisce spesso al Blue Note di Milano.
È autore di musiche per la televisione per programmi come Quelli che il calcio.
Dopo essere stato in tour per teatri nazionali e internazionali con lo spettacolo Sing & Swing con l'attore Massimo Lopez, attualmente con la Big Band Jazz Company è in tournèe con Massimo LopezTullio Solenghi per lo spettacolo Massimo Lopez e Tullio Solenghi Show.

Three-year Academic Course in Pop Rock Composition
The peculiarity of the Three-year Academic Course in Pop Rock Composition of our music school, compared to the same course provided by other teaching structures, is that it is characterized by a total number of hours between 580 and 596 hours, with lessons on site and in the studios. associated recording studios such as Alari Park Studios and Core-T-Zone, as well as practice in live contexts.

The Pop Rock Composition course is based on 3 pillars - composing, arranging, producing - which constitute the foundations of an academic path dedicated to those who aspire and aspire to be the reference figure alongside the great artists of the national and international scene, as well as than to personally take care of their own productions.

The course will be led by Diego Maggi and Lorenzo Cazzaniga, as Department Managers. With them: Fabio Nuzzolese, Mell Morcone, Alex Trecarichi, Giovanni Boscariol and Gabriele Comeglio.

Why enroll in an academic course?
There are several benefits deriving from enrolling in academic courses:

Achievement of a three-year degree recognized at state level and equivalent to the three-year degree of any other university and faculty, therefore evaluated in the qualifications for participation in any public competition

Electronic Music Producer
On the same day it will be possible to audition for the Pre-Academic Electronic Music Producer course, the course dedicated to those who wish to train in the world of electronic music production.
