Friday 1 and Saturday 2 November 2025 – Milan

The CPM Music Institute will be the Official Educational Partner of the Second Hand Guitars – SHG Music Show 2025, Italy’s most important event dedicated to the world of guitars and live music, organized by Accordo.it.
The event will take place on Friday 1 and Saturday 2 November 2025 at the MiCo – Milano Convention Centre.

Over the two days, CPM will bring students, teachers, and professionals to the stage for a rich schedule of live performances, showcases, and educational sessions devoted to the guitar and contemporary music.

Franco Mussida and CPM Faculty in the Spotlight

Among the highlights of the program, audiences will enjoy an exclusive performance by Franco Mussida, founder and director of CPM.
Alongside Mussida, key educational experiences will feature CPM faculty members such as Roberto Gualdi and Luca Nobis, who will lead a session exploring the interaction between acoustic guitar and drums, and Luca Ballabio, who will present a tribute to the legendary Van Halen sound.

These initiatives—together with the fixed-stage schedule at the fair—form the heart of CPM’s presence at SHG, offering moments of technical and artistic dialogue aimed at enthusiasts, students, and industry professionals.

  A session to explore CPM’s training paths and discover how to turn a love for music into a real career.

• 14:00 – CPM Music Experience
  A sonic journey across styles and genres, performed by CPM musicians.

• 15:30 – Borderless Vibrations
  A celebration of creativity and expressive freedom by the new generation of artists.

• 17:00 – Open Jam – Talents on Stage
  The energy of live performance and improvisation.

• 11:00 – GrooveLab: Sounds, Instruments, Live
  Where creativity and passion meet on stage.

• 12:00 – Guitar Connection: Sounds in Dialogue
  The power of six strings with Max and CPM students.

• 14:00 – CPM Publishing and the CPM EDU Project
  A focus on education, culture, and musical innovation.

• 15:30 – Playing Country with Claudio and Milo Bazzari
  Presentation of their book on country, bluegrass, and rockabilly styles, followed by a live performance.

• 17:00 – Open Jam – Talents on Stage
  A space for creativity and improvisation.
