On June 28th the CPM and its students return for the 6th consecutive year to the stage of the Castello Sforzesco for the #MilanoèViva event and it does so by celebrating its first 40 years! Celebrate them with us. With the musical direction of Franco Mussida, "La Voce della Musica" is the continuation of the musical contribution that the CPM Music Institute has been offering to the city of Milan since 2019.

A choral event that involves not only musicians, but also our students of the Sound Technician course and all the CPM staff.

The CPM Music Institute of Milan turns 40!

Over the course of 4 decades, the Music School founded and chaired by Franco Mussida, thanks to the work of over 1,000 teachers, has trained more than 20,000 students. 

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of its foundation, the CPM Music Institute of Milan has established Pioneers of Music, a recognition to give merit and visibility to musicians and operators in the music sector, who have worked over the years, with ingenuity, dedication and courage, bringing important innovations in the educational, professional and social fields.
The awards ceremony will be held on June 28th at the Castello Sforzesco in Milan (Cortile delle Armi) during La Festa in Musica of the 40 years of the CPM Music Institute, the evening dedicated to the past, present and future of CPM Music Institute. The musical event is entitled "The voice of Music" and, for the sixth consecutive year, will see around one hundred students from the School's departments on stage, who, with various choral and instrumental ensembles, will present 13 pieces from a colorful Popular Music world of Rock, Soul, Rap and songs from the great Italian songwriting tradition. A particular moment of the concert will be dedicated to the many teachers who accompanied the life of the School.
