2023 began with the inauguration of the sound system of the San Vittore Prison, an event which also saw the participation of the Councilor for Culture of the Municipality of Milan Tommaso Sacchi, and with the La Passione concert, hosted by the Basilica of San 'Ambrogio, which saw the musicians and 20 singers of the CPM Music Institute perform together with the Orchestra and Choir of the Teatro La Fenice in Venice, the Choir of the Teatro alla Scala and the Orchestra Antiqua Estensis of Ferrara.

Our Pop Rock Composition students Gaetano Dino Chirico, Davidemettifogo, Marco Pezzali and Mario Vernetti won the competition organized by the Accademia della Stella Negroni to create the new jingle.

This year too, the month of July saw our students protagonists on the stage of the Castello Sforzesco, of the events of PianoCity Milano and of the Notti della Taranta of Cernusco S/N (MI) while the CPM Ultra Pop Band participated in the Premio Mercurio D 'Argento, held in Massa Carrara, performing live the most famous soundtracks by Ennio Morricone, Vangelis, Hans Zimmer, John Williams.

And again, the Open Weeks of May and November, our first participation in the Giffoni Film Festival, the International Music Festival, with a worldwide live streaming concert broadcast from our Theatre, which among other things, hosted the meetings with Christian Meyer, Mike Stern and Eric Moore, and the finale of The Artist Who Wasn't There now in its 20th edition.

September was the month of the 3rd edition of the “Notes and Words” project. Racconti in Musica" where our Pop Rock Composition students worked alongside the finalists of the Campiello Giovani Prize, thus composing songs inspired by the competing stories and performed live by the CPM Ultra Pop Band at the Goldoni Theater in Venice.
